ik99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ik99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ik99 platform available at ik99.club. By accessing or using any part of the ik99 platform — including the sports betting sportsbook, online casino, crash games, fishing games, slots, or any other product offered — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ik99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ik99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by ik99.

Platform

Refers to the ik99 website accessible at ik99.club, including all pages, products, services, and features available therein.

Account

Refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the ik99 Platform, used to access betting, gaming, and cashier services.

Bet / Wager

Any stake of real money BDT funds placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other outcome facilitated by the Platform.

Winnings

Any funds credited to a Player's account as a result of a successful bet, game outcome, bonus conversion, or promotional award.

Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)

The official time zone of the Platform, UTC+6. All time references in these Terms and on the Platform are expressed in BST unless otherwise specified.

To be eligible to register and use the ik99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ik99 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately, and any deposits, winnings, or bonuses held in the account may be forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for your own personal, non-commercial recreation. Using the Platform on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation is not permitted without the express written consent of ik99.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order that you have previously placed with ik99 or any affiliated platform. Self-excluded players who attempt to create new accounts in order to circumvent their exclusion are in direct breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and are not a professionally registered gambling operator, agent, or reseller of gambling services attempting to use the Platform for commercial gain or arbitrage purposes.
• You do not have a history of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or abuse of bonus systems on ik99 or any other gambling platform. ik99 reserves the right to conduct background verification checks at any time.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ik99, its parent company, or any of its affiliated game providers and technology suppliers.

ik99 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. At any time — and in particular before processing a withdrawal request — ik99 may request identity verification documents including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ik99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ik99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. ik99 shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.

Account Security Obligations

• You must keep your ik99 username and password strictly confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where prompted. This adds a critical second layer of security to your account and is strongly recommended for all ik99 players.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ik99 support immediately at support@ik99.club or via live chat on ik99.club. ik99 will act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.
• ik99 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat requesting your password. Any communication claiming to be from ik99 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must not access your ik99 account from public devices (such as internet cafes or shared computers) or over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks. ik99 cannot be held responsible for security breaches resulting from your use of insecure network connections.

ik99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorised third party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms. In such cases, ik99 will attempt to notify the registered account holder via the email address or mobile number on file.

ik99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the ik99 Platform are conducted in BDT. No currency conversion is applied — your balance, bets, and winnings are all denominated and settled in Taka.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered ik99 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the ik99 cashier page at the time of transaction. ik99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ik99 balance within 60 seconds. Delays caused by the payment provider's own network are outside ik99's control. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact ik99 support with your transaction reference number.
• ik99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges. These are not ik99 charges and cannot be refunded by ik99.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ik99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, ik99 will require completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This may include submission of a national identity card (NID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the withdrawal being declined and the relevant bonus winnings being removed from your account.
• ik99 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are outlined in the cashier section of the Platform. ik99 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review.
• ik99 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ik99 will notify you and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

ik99 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this general section, but both sets of terms are subordinate to the overarching Terms and Conditions as a whole.

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — such as minimum deposit amount, payment method, game type, or player tier — are specified in the individual promotion terms and must be satisfied in order to receive the bonus.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) is stated clearly in the promotion terms. ik99 does not hide wagering requirements.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new ik99 players on their first deposit only. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. All accounts involved will be closed and winnings forfeited.
• Free bets awarded as part of a promotion are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the time specified in the promotion terms. Free bet winnings (i.e., returns excluding the original stake equivalent) are credited as cash following settlement of the qualifying bet, subject to any applicable wagering requirement.
• ik99 reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, bets already placed and bonuses already credited under that promotion will be honoured in accordance with the terms active at the time of crediting.
• Bonus funds may not be used on all game types. Restricted games — if any — will be identified in the individual promotion terms or in the cashier bonus section of your ik99 account. Placing bonus-funded bets on restricted games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the ik99 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market or game.

Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

• ik99 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, ODI series, and bilateral Test matches. Additional sports markets may be made available from time to time.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted by the ik99 system. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and are updated after every ball in cricket markets.
• A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the ik99 system. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed. ik99 shall not be liable for bets that fail due to your internet connection dropping during the placement process.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ik99's settlement rules for the affected market will apply. These rules are published in the sports betting terms section of the Platform. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes are returned, but specific rules apply by market and sport.
• ik99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of any market where there are reasonable grounds to suspect corruption, match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or a technical error that may have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Casino and Game Rules

• Casino games on ik99 are provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. ik99 does not modify game rules or outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or casino game session, any unsettled bets will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which typically settles the round using the outcome that occurred in the absence of the player's connection.
• If a casino game or betting market is made available due to a technical error displaying incorrect odds, incorrect paylines, incorrect RTP, or any other parameter that materially misrepresents the game's true configuration, ik99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.

ik99 employs automated fraud detection systems, manual account review processes, and third-party verification tools to identify and prevent prohibited conduct on the Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any winnings derived from the prohibited activity forfeited. ik99 reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik99 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one registered account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, referral rewards, or any other first-time player promotion. ik99 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to identify multi-accounting behaviour.
• Using automated betting software, betting bots, scripts, crawlers, or any form of artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit live odds movements, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, display glitches, or pricing errors on the Platform in order to place bets at odds that do not reflect the Platform's intended pricing. All bets placed under such circumstances are subject to void and stake return.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes, engage in arbitrage across accounts, share information about live casino dealer patterns, or otherwise engage in collective exploitation of the Platform's games or markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is in violation of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. ik99 is committed to AML compliance and cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or forged identity documents during the KYC verification process. Any account found to have used fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and all funds held will be subject to forfeiture and possible reporting to authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward ik99 support staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform, whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Either you or ik99 may initiate the closure of your ik99 account, subject to the conditions described in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals under review, or any liability for breach of these Terms.

Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may close your ik99 account at any time by contacting support@ik99.club or initiating the closure request through the account settings section of the Platform. Before closing your account, ensure that any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn, as dormancy policies may apply to accounts that are closed with a residual balance and subsequently reactivated. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic — ik99 offers a self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion request results in immediate account suspension for the duration you select. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances, even at your own request. ik99 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them as a priority. Account Suspension or Closure by ik99

ik99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age or has provided false age information during registration.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• The player's account activity triggers ik99's AML or fraud detection systems and the player is unable to satisfactorily explain the activity or provide required documentation.
• ik99 is required to close the account pursuant to a legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• The player's account has been dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In such cases, ik99 will notify the player via the registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy policy to residual balances.

Where an account is suspended rather than permanently closed, ik99 will communicate the reason for the suspension and any steps the player may take to resolve the issue, unless disclosure of the reason is prevented by ik99's legal obligations (for example, in the context of an ongoing fraud investigation).

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
